Welcome to #pelvicroar!

Ten days ago Emma, Elaine and I were involved in a flurry of email conversations as we had identified that there were three sets of people campaigning for the same cause. We decided that there is so much passion, enthusiasm and campaigning in the pelvic health arena at the moment

yet even with the availability of social media it is not always possible to join the dots and connect with others who are on the same path. This led to the rapid creation of #pelvicroar, which we intend to be a physiotherapy-led campaign approach to include and support the multitude of campaigns that are around at the moment. Thanks for visiting us and we will continue developing this site and our activities!

Thank you for engaging in that project. I live in Germany and just 2 months agoI had asked my gynecologist what I can do better to prevent certain little problems I have when going for a run or sneezing after my three children, the youngest being ten, and me doing loads of exercise and still not completely normal in the bladder compartment. She just dismissed me and said I would have to live with it, after all I am already 46, and buy pads or have an operation later when it gets worse.

So, I just purchased your app and am glad to hear, I am not the only one and there are options out there.
